High-performance ceramic-based welding spray

Innovative protective coating for optimum protection against weld spatter on welding tips, gas nozzles, welding heads on welding robots and clamping jaws, devices and equipment. Ideal for MIG/MAG welding and laser and plasma cutting.



  • Prevents weld spatter sticking to your equipment during the welding process

  • A single application forms a dry film that provides reliable protection for up to eight hours

  • Extends the service life of welding accessories such as the nozzle, gooseneck and torch contact nozzle

  • Can also be used on vertical surfaces as it does not run off

  • Heat-resistant up to 1,400°C

Application area

Protective ceramic coating for welding nozzles and welding accessories and surfaces made of steel, structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Instructions

Shake the can vigorously for approx. 30 seconds before use. Remove the torch head and coat the contact nozzle, nozzle diffuser and nozzle holder. Coat both the inside and outside of the nozzle. If applying to a surface, ensure that the surface is not hot before use. After use, spray the can upside down until the valve is empty.
