Diluting station includes a plastic container and a mixer with supplies.
The station will automatically mix fluids using an injector technique.
It can be used to mix substances with low viscosity (“thin/watery” substances),
such as windscreen washing fluid and detergents (it cannot be used to mix glycol).
The station does not require an external power source or compressed air;
instead, it operates solely on the pressure from the water mains.
Delivered with different size nozzles to adjust the mixing ratio.
Can be fitted with a barrel tap 0891302090 for
diluting liquids as they are or dosing mixed fluid from the tap.
Can be equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump in order to
e.g. pump the mixed fluid into a distribution system. The pump is fitted over the diluting station.
A suction pipe for the pump is included with the dilution station.
Note! In addition to the nozzle, the water pressure (3.5 bar in the table) and viscosity of the raw material influence the mixing ratio.
