Gas guards for shielding gases used in welding. Designed to eliminate the gas surge at the start of TIG/MIG/MAG welding. Keeps flow and pressure constant for each start, potentially reducing gas consumption by over 60%. Lincoln gas guards save shielding gas in two ways:
Argon, mixed gases, CO2
- by reducing the gas surge when the TIG/MIG trigger is pressed and reducing the pressure in the gas hose, saving gas in starts
- producing a constant flow rate.
