Five safety functions
- Check valve shuts off gas flow in case of back pressure.
- Backflow valve closes off gas backflow.
- Flame damper stops and extinguishes penetrating flashbacks.
- Thermic cut-off will shut off gas flow if temperature becomes too high (over 95°C).
- Quick and easy to reprime, no need to remove hose pressure.
- 30° outlet connection; the flashback arrestor is connected with the gas cylinder's pressure regulator, leaving welding hoses in line with the gas cylinder.
- When the flashback arrestor is primed and ready, the colour-coded (for the gas used) lever is concealed inside the device's frame.
- In the event of a backlash, the lever pops out and the gas flow stops.
- Retuning is easy by pressing the lever back inside the body of the device.
- Hose pressure does not need to be removed for retuning.
- Installed on gas cylinder pressure regulators and gas network intake points.
- Backlash guards must be used whenever fuel gases and oxygen are used simultaneously in the combustion equipment.
- Designed and tested for: acetylene, hydrogen, propane (LPG), methane (natural gas), MAP gases and oxygen.
- Manufactured according to EN 730-1.
