Carefully clean the testing surface with Bycotest C5.
Spray Bycotest RP20 penetrant solution onto the testing surface and allow it to set for 10–20 minutes.
Remove any excess penetrant solution with water or C5. Do not spray the cleaner directly onto the surface to be inspected. The surface must be dry before you spread the developing agent.
Shake the D30 developing agent can and spray a layer of the developing agent onto the surface to be inspected. The suitable spraying distance is around 20 cm.
Any defects will appear a moment later as red lines or dots.
The developing agent will usually take around 15 minutes to work. Remove the developing agent by brushing the surface with water.
