Instructions
Instructions:
- Remove grease, oil and any weld slag from the surface that is to be pickled.
- Mix the product well until it is smooth. Operating temperature +5 to +25°C
- Apply the paste with a pickling brush. Takes effect in 15-30 minutes AISI 304; in 30-60 minutes AISI 316.
- Carefully wash and rinse the pickled surface using water and a pressure washer at 150 bar.
- Neutralise waste water.
- Do not use or store in direct sunlight.
Protective equipment:
- Use a respirator with a filter for short periods of usage or low levels of exposure. Filter type ABEK-P3
- Acid-proof gloves. Polyethylene (PE). Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
