For installing bearings and other workpieces with cylindrical holes safely, precisely and quickly. When using the IMPACT mounting kit, the mounting forces are transmitted directly to the inner or outer ring, depending on whether the installation takes place on the shaft or the bearing housing. In this way, it is possible to avoid damage to the bearing. The impact rings are made of impact-resistant plastic. In this way, it is possible to avoid contact between metal surfaces and damage or premature wear to the bearing housings. Impact sockets are made of aluminium. The head of a dead-blow hammer does not cause sparks.
With the IMPACT mounting kit, you can also safely, precisely and quickly install many other machine parts (such as pipes, sealing rings, gears and pulleys).
