Hose connector sleeve for lubrication assemblies
Sleeve compatible with screw-type connectors.
Left-hand coarse thread and right-hand fine thread.
- The left-hand thread prevents the hose from detaching from the sleeve
- The connector is suitable for right-hand threading
Only use the sleeve with hose 5973101918 and the specified screw-type connectors.
5973 101 912 – 5973 101 922
Threaded sleeves 5973 101 912 and 5973 101 920 have a left-hand coarse thread on the other side. The sleeve is first rolled onto the hose (approx. to the middle).
Attach a screw-type connector inside the sleeve and hose.
Finally, use a wrench to tighten the connection. The connector pushes the hose’s outer edge inside the sleeve and inner edge against the connector.
This way the connection remains sturdy and secure.
The left-hand coarse thread on the sleeve prevents the hose from detaching from the sleeve when the connector is attached to the sleeve.
