KLINGER® top-chem 2000 is a unique modified PTFE gasket. It is the only sealant on the market that uses a silicon carbide material as reinforcement. This gives it the best properties of any PTFE gasket on the market. Top-chem 2000 is the only PTFE gasket -tiiviste, with adequate mechanical properties for applications with temperatures above 200°C. Unlike other PTFE gaskets, Top-chem 2000 does not require retightening. The gasket has excellent chemical resistance to strong acids and bases and excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures and pressures.
Top-chem 2000 because of its versatility, it is suitable as a general sealant for the plant, thus minimising the number of sealing materials. KLINGER® top-chem 2000 is the only PTFE gasket with Fire Safe certification and is also blow-out tested. Top-chem 2000 works best at high surface pressures.

KLINGER® top-chem 2000 is highly suitable for many applications in the paper and pulp, chemical and petrochemical industries. The gasket is also very well suited for food and pharmaceutical industries, e.g. in steam use, oxygen pipes and applications that have high requirements for clean air. TA Luft. Thanks to its characteristics, the seal therefore meets the environmental permit requirements for the use of BAT (Best Available Technology) technology and therefore complies with the requirements of the law.
Top-chem 2000 is ideal for heat exchangers or other applications with high temperatures or large temperature fluctuations.
