  • Extremely high load-bearing capacities

  • Compact design with small base plate for confined spaces

  • Indirect mounting (max. 26 mm) via an intermediate layer (e.g. OSB)

  • Extra-long back panel for optimum placement of the required number of screws/nails whilst complying with the requisite edge clearance on the wooden frame

  • Sheet metal 12-µm hot-dip galvanised on both sides (S355 MC + Fe Zn 12c) in line with EN 10025-2:2004 3.0 mm in thickness

  • Application in utilisation classes 1 and 2 in line with EN 1995:2013
Proof of Performance

CE labelling as per European Technical Approval ETA-14/0274

Notes:
Würth anchor nails or ASSY 3.0 joist hanger screws according to EN 14592 or ETA 11/0190 are to be used as fasteners.
The specified load-bearing capacities are for softwood with a characteristic density of ρk ≥ 350 kg/m³.
Design value of the load-bearing capacity of a fastener: FVM,Rd = kmod/gM = F1,Rk with gM = 1.3
Design value of the steel load-bearing capacity of the tension anchor: FS,Rd = FS,Rk/gM2 with gM2 = 1.25
Design value of the total load-bearing capacity: F1,Rd = min {n x FVM,Rd; FS,Rd} with n = number of nails
The design value of the tensile force in the anchor bolt FB,Ed is to be calculated with the design value of the tensile force of a tension anchor FEd.
The minimum distances between fasteners for sheet steel-wood connections according to EN 1995-1-1 must be observed.
The specified values given were calculated on the assumption of an immovable intermediate layer according to Blass and Laskewitz "Load-bearing capacity of connections with pin-shaped fasteners and intermediate layers".
