Suitable for all applications requiring good shear and / or impact strength of glass, ceramic and metal, as well as combinations thereof. Also suitable for materials with very different coefficients of expansion, even with temperature and climate changes.
The substrates must be clean, dry, and grease-free. For pre-treatment, refer to the technical data sheet.
Squeeze the activator ampoule between your fingers until the inner glass tube breaks. The activator thereby released now flows to the tip of the felt. Then remove the paper sleeve and apply the activator to the glass surface to be glued. The activator is solvent-free and does not require flash-off time.
Now cut off the tip of the adhesive bag and apply the adhesive thinly and evenly to the metal surface. Then squeeze the components together using light pressure for approx. 20 seconds. Remove excess adhesive immediately with a clean cloth. The glued area can be exposed to 50% load after just 15–20 minutes.
