The assembly paste prevents rust formation between the bearing inner race and the shaft and allows easy removal of the bearing with a puller. Fretting corrosion often requires bearing removal by cutting, which may cause metal contamination and compromise future installations.
- Prevents fretting corrosion
- Operating temperature range: -30°C to +140°C
- Capacity 70 ml
- Remove storage oil stains from the inner and outer bearing races.
- Squeeze a small amount of paste on a lint-free cloth and rub it closely against the inner race. Wipe the excess paste off.
- Do not leave any excess paste between the bearing and the axle, not even any grease.
- If the bearing fit tightly in the housing, give the outer race the same treatment.
