Avoid contact with ferrous materials as this may cause discoloration of the glue joint/wood.
For bonding wood and wood-based products. Wood glue D3/D4 with added hardener is used for laminating hardwood and softwood, for veneering and construction and assembly bonding. Can be used in HF press systems, hot presses and for cold clamping.
The substrate must be clean and free of grease, dust and dirt. The amount of glue is 100 – 150 g/m2 depending on the surface of the item and open time requirements. Single-sided application: min. 150 g/m2. Double-sided application: 100 – 120 g/m2. Liquid glue can be cleaned with lukewarm water, possibly with a little mild soap added. Cured glue can be removed using acetone or a similar solvent.
