The first date of inspection has been stamped on the bottom edge of the extinguisher and marked on the collar tag.
The inspection interval is determined by how the extinguisher is stored: If the extinguisher is stored indoors in a dry place of constant temperature, the extinguisher must be inspected every two years.
If the extinguisher is exposed to factors that might impact its functionality, such as dampness, vibration, fluctuation of temperature and freezing temperatures, the extinguisher must be inspected once a year.
