CONCEPT2 lubricators operate with a minimal lubrication quantity, ensuring controlled and efficient lubrication using refillable cartridges and selected high-quality Arcanol grease and oil options up to NLGI class 3. The device is available either as a battery-operated version (battery NOT INCLUDED, sold separately) or as a 24V DC power supply version, as well as an EKIT package that includes a basic set of installation accessories.
The dispenser has two feed pumps, and the pump units can be controlled independently, allowing adjustment for the lubrication needs of two different-sized bearings. Programming is done via an easy-to-use integrated LCD control panel. The replaceable lubricant cartridge is transparent, making it easy to monitor the remaining lubricant level. The cartridge volume is 250 cm3.
The device has numerous applications, such as electric motors, pumps, fans, and conveyor belts. The device saves time due to shorter maintenance intervals and can reduce maintenance costs by approximately 25% compared to manual lubrication. It extends bearing service life and improves work safety in hard-to-reach lubrication points.
