The induction bearing heater is fast and clean to use, eliminating the need for gas burners, boiling oil or open flames. High efficiency means that you can save heat energy and reduce installation time. Steady, controlled heating ensures optimal, permanent installation. As well as being able to heat a 50-kg bearing within a reasonable time, HEATER50 can also heat heavier ring-shaped items. The Smart model differs from the Basic version with two sensors, enabling measurement of the temperature difference between the inner and outer ring (Delta-T), as well as combining time or temperature values (heats more slowly and evenly).

Instructions
- The heater is controlled via a touch screen, which displays all heating methods and their relevant symbols.
- The heating is activated via a mechanical START/STOP button, which is located below the touch screen.
- Press the START/STOP button to activate the countdown of the safety period.
- After the safety period, an electromagnetic field is formed and the roller bearing will be heated.
