Mounting adhesive PRO 140 is a solvent-free adhesive with excellent initial grab (140 kg/m2), easily replacing nails and screws in many applications. It is ideal for bonding most building materials such as wood, stone, metal and synthetic materials to various surfaces. It also fills gaps in uneven surfaces effectively and reliably. At least one of the surfaces must be porous and absorb water; otherwise curing will take too long. For example: untreated wood, plasterboard, stone and concrete surfaces.
- Solvent-free mounting adhesive with high initial grab (140 kg/m2). Installation Adhesive Pro can replace nails and screws in numerous installations.
- Suitable for bonding most building materials such as wood, panels, stone, metal and synthetic materials to wood, stone, concrete, chipboard and plasterboard.
- Fills gaps in uneven surfaces.
- Not suitable for PP and PE plastics or bitumen.
- At least one of the bonded surfaces must be porous/absorbent for proper curing. If both surfaces are painted, metal or non-absorbent, use Power Tack mounting adhesive.
Bonding surfaces must be dry, clean and free of grease.
Apply the adhesive in beads or dots to one of the surfaces.
Join surfaces immediately and press firmly, use a rubber mallet if necessary.
When bonding panels, apply adhesive also to edges and corners.
