- Withstands many chemicals (except fluorine, some fluorine compounds and molten alkali metals).
- Very low friction. Non-flammable (ASTM D-635 and D-740). Does not age.
- Moisture- and UV-resistant. Excellent tensile strength even in cold conditions.
- Does not turn brittle from bending or vibration.
- Excellent electrical insulation for all frequencies and in all temperatures. Not suitable for oxygen.
