Post bases are cast into concrete. The distance between the horizontal plate and the top surface of the concrete must not exceed 50 mm.
Post bases withstand compression, tension and horizontal loads. Nails/screws/bolts must be hot-dip galvanised.
Steel grade: plate parts S235JR in accordance with EN 10025:2004.
Coating: hot-dip galvanised in accordance with EN ISO 1461
Post bases are made of hot-dip galvanised steel.
Post bases are typically hot-dip galvanised after processing with a
coating thickness of 55 µm.
Post bases are suitable for use in climate stress category C2.
