Surface roughness meter Mitutoyo SJ-220

The Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-220 surface roughness tester is a compact, portable and easy-to-use device that measures surface roughness quickly and accurately. The tester has a clear display and user interface, which make measurement easier. Thanks to its versatile range of probes and accessories, the tester has an extremely wide range of applications. Sensor unit can be detached from the display unit for measurements in tight spaces. Can be powered via mains or battery, making it highly versatile. Auto sleep function saves power by switching off after 30 s of inactivity.

Standard SJ-220 includes USB, RS-232C and Digimatic interfaces for data transfer to a PC. The optional U-WAVE-TIB wireless transmitter can be installed in the tester, enabling wireless data transfer. Data transfer connections and function buttons are protected by a cover when not in use.
