AlMg-4.5 TIG solid wire offers high tensile strength and fracture toughness for welding aluminium alloys 5083, 5086 and 5654. It is used especially in welding applications where high strength and impact resistance are required. Typical applications include, among others, railway vehicles, shipbuilding, tanks and marine components. Not recommended for high temperatures and is not heat-treatable.
